Fire crews called out to large barn fire in Derbyshire

Firefighters were called to a large barn fire in Derbyshire on Friday evening. A barn, haystack and a trailer in Alfreton Road, Coxbench were alight just before 6.30pm. Fire crews from Alfreton, Duffield and Nottingham Road attended to put out the blaze and were on site for around three hours before leaving at around10pm. Nobody was injured during the blaze. The cause of the fire is unknown at this stage but a fire spokesman said officers would return to reinspect the area on Saturday...

Caravan park fire near A38 Little Eaton island
