Join us for a FREE beginner friendly Nordic walking taster session. Rejuvenate in the fresh air at the end of the day and learn a new skill at the same time.

Nordic Walking is a great way to exercise the majority of muscles in your body. It’s a fantastic way to improve posture, get active and tone your body. If you would like to enjoy the benefits of the outdoors and want to feel energised, then give it a try. You’ll be learning at the picturesque Belper River Gardens, with views over Belper Mills. Beginner courses will follow in April, for those who decide to continue.

If you can walk unsupported, you can Nordic Walk. Please wear closed toed shoes suitable for walking on grass.
